CAR ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Car & Buggy Instructions for Online Entry

The online entry procedure consists of four steps, each of which is a vital part of the process. Please make sure you step through the process and read the information provided carefully;

STEP 4: MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
STEP 1: PREPARE THE INFORMATION YOU NEED
It is important that you have collected together the mandatory information required prior to filling in the form. If the required information is not entered correctly, your entry will not be accepted. You will also need to have your method of payment organised. See the checklist.
STEP 2: UNDERSTAND THE RULES & REGS

• Read the Supplementary Regulations for 2012 – click here
• Read, understand, sign and email/fax the 2012 CAMS Declaration which will be generated by the online entry
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENTRY FORM
Proceed to the online entry form – not open fill it out with the information you have prepared and submit it (Note: the form will not be processed until all fields marked mandatory are completed). Make a note of your entry reference number.
Go to your selected means of payment page and generate an invoice. You can choose to pay:
• by MasterCard or Visa or
• by electronic fund transfer directly to the our bank (details provided) and email/fax confirmation of the payment together with your entry reference number.
You MUST make your payment on the SAME DAY as your entry is submitted. Failure to do this will mean your place in the application queue will be lost.
Event Administration will review the online entry details and match the entry and accompanying payment as soon as practical.
• If entry and payment are correct, confirmation will be sent out
• If entry and/or payment are not complete follow up email will be sent out
Names of confirmed entries will be listed on the website.
Note: Competitors may receive further information in the lead up to the race. This may include information about scrutineering, reconnaissance, etc. Any required information not submitted with the on-line entry form MUST be provided before or at registration.
